Grammy unveiled a special collaboration stage with J.Fla.
The U.S. Grammy Recording Academy unveiled a new stage of the “Grammys Re Imagined at Home” series in collaboration with J-Fla on the 2nd and captivated global music fans. J-Fla is the first Korean female solo artist to participate in the series.
Jafla captivated Ed Sheeran’s “Bad Habits” with her unique voice. Grammy said, “Jefla showed off her versatile range. “We added special elements from the costumes and atmosphere to further enhance the charm of the song,” he said.
Grammy Reimaged at Home is a series hosted by the Recording Academy, which boasts the highest authority in the U.S. recording industry. Top global artists have been receiving enthusiastic responses by reinterpreting Grammy Awards winning songs or nominations.
Jafla’s “Bad Habit” this time was nominated for the song of the year at the 64th Grammy Awards, topping the UK Official Charts for 11 consecutive weeks and surpassing 1.2 billion streams of Spotify.
The song, which caused a syndrome with Ed Sheeran’s powerful style, wore a new sensibility through Jafla’s sweet voice. Yellow balloons appeared in the performance released on the same day, symbolizing the original music video of “Bad Habit” and J-Fla’s connected code.
